Keith Harvey rejoined the Virginia Regional Medical Center as the Chief Executive Officer in September 2004. He previously worked at VRMC as the Chief Financial Officer from 1992 to 2001. He worked as CFO at the Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital in Grand Rapids from November 2001 to September 2003 and he was the Vice President of Finance at the Minnesota Hospital Association in St. Paul from January 2004 to August 2004. He is a graduate of the Virginia High School and received his BS Degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is currently completing his Master's Degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Jeff Brown
Administrator, Virginia Convalescent Center

Jeff Brown, MPH, joined the Virginia Regional Medical Center as Administrator of the Virginia Convalescent Center in September of 2005. He previously worked as the Administrator of the Minnesota Veterans Home in Silver Bay and at the Chosen Valley Care Center, Inc. in Chatfield. He has 27 years of health care related experience in a wide variety of positions. Jeff is a graduate of Eveleth High School and received his Master's Degree in Public Health Administration from the University of Minnesota--Twin Cities campus. He is both licensed by the State of Minnesota and certified nationally as a Nursing Home Administrator

Georgia Day

Georgia Day started at VRMC in 1993 as an accountant havng previously worked in the accounting firms of Walker, Giroux and Hahne, Ltd. and Graves, McKenna, Lundeen & Almquist, CPAs in Minneapolis. She received her B.S. in Accounting from St. Cloud State University in 1986 and became a licensed CPA in 1989. She became the Director of Accounting at VRMC in April 2005.  

Kathleen Murray
Director, Marketing and Development

Kathleen Murray coordinates all marketing activities for the medical center including paid and free media, materials development, community outreach and physician contact. She also serves as the Executive Director of the VRMC Foundation coordinating all foundation fundraising and outreach activities. Kathleen previously worked at the United Way and is currently the President of KMA Resources/North, Inc. 

Dan Rabideaux

Dan Rabideaux is the Director of Finance at the Virginia Regional Medical Center, formerly the Manager of Patient Financial Services. Mr. Rabideaux has been at VRMC for six years working in various supervisory positions in Patient Services and Billing. He received his Masters of Arts in Organizational Management from Concordia University in 2004 and B.S. in Finance from St. Cloud State University.  

Steve Roskoski

Steve Roskoski is responsible for Salary and Benefit Administration, Self-funded Workers Compensation Program, Labor Relations and Negotiations, and Organizational Development for Management and Staff. He previously worked as Director of Business Affairs for the Mountain Iron Public Schools. Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1980.  

Lynn Sefocvic

Lynn Sefcovic, RN, MA, CNAA, is the Chief Nursing Officer at the medical center. Lynn received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Bemidji State University in 1987 and a Master of Arts Degree in Nursing Management/Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist from the College of St. Scholastica in 1989.
