Many Activities To Choose From! Making the transition to a nursing home doesn't mean your loved one has to leave behind an energetic life. Virginia Convalescent Center opens the door to a whole new kind of long-term care. Patients/residents are busy, challenged and active, just as they would be at home. Our Activities Department is made up of: An Activity Director - Certified Recreation Therapist through the National Council For Therapeutic Recreation Certification Board Activity Aides - Certified through the Natinal Council Certification Activity Professional Board
